Cancellation Policy

At Power Trail Asia, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide you with flexibility while ensuring fair handling of commitments. Please review our policy below:

General Policy:

1. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservation@powertrailasia.com.

Cancellation Fees:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.

• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund.

• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Special Conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other third-party services, may have their own cancellation policies. These will be outlined clearly during the booking process.

2. Group Bookings: For group bookings of 10 or more individuals, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Cancellation fees for group bookings will be assessed based on the total trip cost.

3. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will make every effort to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a credit voucher for future travel with Power Trail Asia.

4. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations or changes to your travel plans.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request. Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
